We are hiring a Telecaller

*Good communication skills.

* Handle the clients and collect database new clients

* Basic Computer Knowledge

*Cold calling using the given database.

*Monitoring campaign activity and follow up with clients.

*Maintaining Excel database

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling:

• Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales or inquiries.

1. Customer Engagement:

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions.

1. Data Management:

• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM or database.
• Document the outcomes of calls and feedback received.

1. Target Achievement:

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention.

1. Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide solutions that meet customer needs.

1. Coordination:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Share insights and feedback with the team to refine strategies.
