Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lubrication Management Professional to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad, taking a full-time position. With an expert-level experience ranging from 7 to 10 years, the professional will manage critical lubrication management processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability of industrial assets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in lubrication management, demonstrating a minimum of seven years in the field within industrial environments.
• Proficient in implementing ISO 9001 standards to ensure quality management practices are upheld (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of operating oil testing techniques to evaluate oil quality and system health (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in oil filtration processes, ensuring optimal lubrication performance and equipment functionality (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of Quality Assurance Testing procedures to maintain the highest standards in lubrication practices.
• Familiarity with GMP Compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements in lubrication management.
• Competent in using Minitab to analyze data and improve processes related to lubrication systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lubrication management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze oil condition and manage oil filtration processes to ensure system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations in all lubrication activities.
• Conduct regular Quality Assurance Testing to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of lubrication systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to train personnel on best practices in lubrication and oil analysis.
• Utilize data from Minitab to assess the efficacy of lubrication processes and recommend improvements.
• Investigate lubrication-related failures and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Document lubrication practices and maintain records to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
