Purpose of the job:

To act as the bridge between store operations in a region and central operations/corporate team in order to support implementation and resolve issues across the chain of activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Liaison between stores/channels and the central sales team.
• Act as the single point of contact for store/mall managers for operational support from the corporate office.
• Ensure all corporate initiatives are communicated across stores and implemented in a consistent manner.
• Support regional/area sales managers in their day-to-day work in terms of facilitation, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Understand and assist in resolving a wide range of operational issues pertaining to stock, marketing communication, schemes/promotions, new product introduction, store performance, and maintenance, etc.
• Monitor new store openings to ensure that the opening kit is sent and SOP is adhered to in the initial stages.
• Coordinate with regional teams for events in their respective locations such as rewards ceremony, promotions, etc., and liaison with vendors if required.
• Prepare multiple standard and ad-hoc reports for the Sales Head by collecting and consolidating information from the field across regions.
