What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
The Learning Advisor, Operations Transition India serves as a facilitative role at CIBC India, guiding and enabling cross-functional teams through operational transitions This position advances, manages, and continuously improves learning initiatives within the Infrastructure and Modernization Development Program (IMDP), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs The consultant fosters a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation by facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement across the organization, especially during operational transitions

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- End-to-end management of learning and development initiatives related to operational transitions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support onboarding, cross-training, and career development for employees.
- Guide cross-functional teams in identifying learning needs, designing solutions, and adopting new processes and technologies.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Learning Maps for onboarding, cross-training, and career development.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within learning processes, leveraging technology to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Create and curate customized learning content for specialized business needs, including AI and automation training.
- Develop and deliver communications to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement among employees and leaders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions are relevant, effective, and measurable.
- Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong business partner relationships with key Line of Business (LOB) leaders and Subject Matter Experts.
- Participate in annual planning processes to identify key areas of growth and maintenance strategy, incorporating capacity and costs.
Experience: 8+ years of experience
Who You Are (skills/qualifications):
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, operations transition, or related areas.
- Proficiency in business reporting tools and platforms (eg, Workday, CIBC Today, Workplace).
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations and facilitate discussions.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in learning management and development of learning strategies.
- Proven program management and relationship management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges.
- Skilled in writing technical documents and creating impactful learning content.
