Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage embedded software development projects from initiation to completion.

Perform system study, requirement analysis, and preparation of detailed design specifications.

Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and provide accurate effort estimations.

Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, testing, and quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with DO-178C guidelines and CMMI quality processes.

Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodologies and use CASE tools during the development life cycle.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.

Job Requirements:

Experience Required: 7+ Years Job Location : Dehradun (WFO)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
