Summary:
A typical day in this role involves proactively managing calendars for leaders in the Asia TSO organization, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and keeping leaders a step ahead as priorities shift. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings, handle travel arrangements in line with company policies, and ensure all logistics—from visas to accommodation—are in place. Alongside this, you’ll support expense reporting, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant.
