Windows Platform Engineer

We are looking to engage an experienced Windows & Performance Engineer to support our Windows Operating System function within the Personal Productivity tribe.

This role will focus on Windows 11 platform stability, performance, and end-user experience, working closely with an Agile squad. The engineer will be responsible for performance analysis, troubleshooting resource and stability issues, configuration management, and driver optimization, using tools such as SCCM, Intune, Admin Studio, Aternity, and PowerShell.

The ideal candidate would have 5–8 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in:

• Windows OS internals (registry, services, drivers, WMI)
• Performance troubleshooting and optimization
• Application packaging and compatibility
• SCCM CB and Intune administration
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Performance analysis using Windows native tools and Sysinternals
• Working in globally distributed, Agile teams

This role will involve collaboration with team members across Asia, Europe, and the US, so flexibility in working hours is important.
