Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities :

The role is ideal for someone looking to learn & grow in the field of HR Business Partnering while gaining hands-on experience in supporting business units with talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Support initiatives to promote organizational values and a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Talent Management:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Support various talent management programs for the business units assigned
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, IDPs and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.

Data and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

HR Policy Implementation:

  • Communicate HR policies and guidelines effectively to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Provide support in driving various people initiatives.

Collaboration with Business Units:

  • Partner with business teams to understand their people-related challenges and provide solutions.
  • Assist in resolving minor employee grievances and escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights based on feedback.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, focus groups, or employee surveys to gather insights on culture.

Projects and Initiatives:

  • Assist in rolling out organization-wide HR initiatives and projects.
  • Work on ad hoc tasks and projects to support HR objectives.

Required Skillset:

  • 3-5 years of relevant business partnering experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication competencies.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
