We Are Hiring: Healthcare IT Recruiter – US Staffing
Hatch Pros is looking for a strong Healthcare IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Staffing (Healthcare IT) to join our growing team in Dwarka, Delhi.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in US Healthcare IT Recruitment (must)
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing & LinkedIn RPS
Solid understanding of Boolean search and end-to-end recruitment
Comfortable working with independent consultants (W2/1099) — not just C2C
Healthcare IT recruitment experience (Epic, EMR/EHR, Clinical IT, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Healthcare IT roles in the US market
Active sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms
Screening and interviewing candidates
Managing pipelines and closing positions efficiently
Building relationships with W2/1099 consultants
Shift: Night Shift — 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri)
Location: Dwarka, Sector 6, Delhi (On-site)
Salary: No bar for the right fit
Notice: Immediate or short notice preferred
