Role Description
This is a full-time on‑site role based in Noida for a Chief People Officer. The Chief People Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, including the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. The role will involve managing talent acquisition, leading employee engagement programs, coordinating succession planning, and ensuring effective performance management processes. The Chief People Officer will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, aligning organizational goals with people‑focused strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Succession Planning and Performance Management
- Experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- In-depth knowledge of creating and implementing HR Policies
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute long‑term strategies to foster workplace culture
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
