- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into clear features, stories, and requirements.
- Support the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including creating test cases, performing and coordinating UAT, and collaborating with business partners through test execution and approvals.
- Communicate proactively throughout testing, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely approval.
- Assist with integration testing and post go live support, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in partnership with IT teams.
- Maintain accurate story and feature status within Agility to ensure alignment with business priorities and sprint goals.
- Ensure documentation is created, updated, and stored in alignment with HRIT/EDM audit and governance requirements.
- Provide timely clarifications to functional and technical teams, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are fully understood.
- Collaborate with developers and functional analysts to review specifications and support solution design discussions.
- Research data issues, map processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Build strong, professional relationships with business owners, HR partners, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of solutions.
Job Requirements / Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or related field) or equivalent SAP experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of SAP HCM experience, specifically PA/OM functionality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business processes.
- Experience supporting testing efforts (integration, regression, and UAT).
- Ability to write clear, structured business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data migration is a plus.
- Experience with Agility/Scrum or other agile tools preferred but not required.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
