Job Title: Manager – Content Strategy

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

As a Manager – Content Strategy at Pepper Content, you will play a key role in shaping

content-driven solutions across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation,

owned assets, consumer journeys and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Consultation

● Understand client challenges and propose tailored strategies.

● Own content strategy across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation and more.

● Conduct industry analysis and identify content gaps and opportunities.

2. Execution & Delivery

● Develop impactful content strategies with clear execution roadmaps.

● Oversee the creation and optimization of owned assets (websites, apps, social media, CRM).

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive solutions.

3. Customer Success & Thought Leadership

● Lead client strategy discussions, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

● Ensure long-term customer engagement and retention

Key Qualifications:

● 4-7 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing for B2B/B2C brands.

● Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

● Experience with SEO tools, consumer research, and analytics.

● Excellent client-facing communication, pitching, and problem-solving skills.

● Prior experience in consulting, agency, or digital transformation roles preferred.
