Role: Senior Manager – Facilities and Logistics management

Location: Hyderabad

Experience : 15+ Years

Role & responsibilities:

Facilities & Infrastructure Management

  • Provide overall leadership for facility operations, including office infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and space management.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and SLAs related to facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and technical services.
  • Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Security, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with SEZ, statutory, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead security governance, access controls, CCTV, visitor management, and incident response.
  • Own risk registers, audits, and corrective action tracking for admin and facilities risks.

Workplace Operations & Employee Experience

  • Enable a productive, safe, and engaging workplace environment for employees and leadership.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Business Leaders on workplace initiatives, expansions, and relocations.
  • Act as the single point escalation owner for critical admin and infrastructure issues.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage annual admin and facilities budgets.
  • Drive cost optimization, negotiations, and value realization from vendors.
  • Ensure timely invoice validation, approvals, and compliance to financial controls.

Governance, Documentation & Data Management, ISO audits

  • Ensure adherence to records retention, data disposal, and documentation policies.
  • Maintain updated SOPs, compliance documents, risk registers, and audit trails.
  • Lead governance forums and reviews related to administration and facilities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor admin and facilities teams across Hyderabad.
  • Represent administration function in leadership meetings, audits, and customer visits.

Employee Transportation Management

  • Ensure seamless employee transportation services, including daily commute, airport transfers, and transportation for leadership, clients, and guests.
  • Manage end to end transportation vendor operations, including onboarding, SLA management, statutory compliances, and service quality.
  • Oversee transportation MIS, Validate and approve transportation invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual and financial controls.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Employee Transportation Systems (ETS) and digital commute platforms such as Move Insync, Smart Commute, or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure transportation operations comply with safety standards, statutory requirements, and organizational policies

Electro Mechanical (E&M) Operations & Business Continuity

  • Ensure 100% uptime of critical electro mechanical infrastructure to support uninterrupted business operations.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of critical electrical and mechanical equipment, including DG sets, UPS, transformers, AC units, LT/HT panels, and allied infrastructure.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure strict adherence to Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) calendars.
  • Track asset health, breakdown trends, corrective actions, and escalation management for critical systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely maintenance, statutory inspections, and compliance certifications.
  • Proactively mitigate operational risks through redundancy planning, emergency preparedness, and incident response mechanisms.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Administration, Facilities, or Corporate Services
  • Proven experience managing large corporate campuses or SEZ environments
  • Strong understanding of Indian statutory, safety, and labour regulations
  • Prior experience in IT / corporate environments preferred having lead a site independently.
