Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Non IT and end-to-end IT recruitment, including permanent and contractual hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to close positions across diverse technologies within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non IT roles across permanent and contract staffing
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and timelines
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations
- Handle contract staffing requirements, including rate negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation
- Provide regular hiring status updates and MIS reports to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in IT and Non IT recruitment
- Strong exposure to permanent and contractual hiring models
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, Data, Frontend, etc.
- Proficient in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good understanding of IT skills, roles, and market trends.
