Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. The role also involves maintaining a talent pipeline, staying updated on the latest recruitment trends, and building strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Interview Coordination
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Relationship Building
- Ability to analyze recruitment trends and develop effective hiring strategies
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Management Tools
- Knowledge of best practices in employment processes and labor laws
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
