Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts for our rapidly growing Oracle practice.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem especially Oracle Cloud and demonstrate a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier Oracle professionals across consulting, delivery, and architecture roles.

need to have strong sourcing skills understands ERP project lifecycles and can manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time roles.

Required Qualifications
- Talent acquisition specialists experienced in recruiting for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion and related Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain and HCM
- Recruiters with a strong knowledge of US staffing tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (Citizen, Green Card, H1B, TN, EAD) to properly classify candidates and ensure compliance.
- Roles include sourcing functional consultants, technical consultants, project managers, data migration experts, trainers, test leads, business analysts, developers, and solution architects specialized in Oracle technologies.
- These recruiters use multiple channels including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal ATS platforms to identify and engage talent.
- Profiles often highlight experience in handling contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in US staffing market.
