Role Overview –
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR operations including payroll coordination, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, people-focused, and capable of handling end-to-end HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
A. Payroll Coordination
- Generate salary slips within 24 hours of salary credit
- Verify payroll components and coordinate with the Accounts team
- Address and resolve employee salary-related queries promptly
B. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Draft and issue offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires
- Ensure smooth induction and alignment with company culture
C. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Maintain accurate HR files and employee records
- Handle employee concerns and escalations professionally
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities
D. Employee Engagement & Feedback
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys
- Document key observations and share insights with management
- Support engagement initiatives, events, and morale-building activities
E. Exit & Offboarding Management
- Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and F&F settlements
- Coordinate asset recovery and documentation
- Provide exit analysis and recommend improvement measures
F. HR Reporting & Policy Implementation
- Prepare HR MIS reports and track HR metrics
- Support management with HR analytics and workforce insights
- Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll coordination and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
