Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR operations including payroll coordination, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, people-focused, and capable of handling end-to-end HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities-

A. Payroll Coordination

  • Generate salary slips within 24 hours of salary credit
  • Verify payroll components and coordinate with the Accounts team
  • Address and resolve employee salary-related queries promptly

B. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Draft and issue offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires
  • Ensure smooth induction and alignment with company culture

C. HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Maintain accurate HR files and employee records
  • Handle employee concerns and escalations professionally
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

D. Employee Engagement & Feedback

  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys
  • Document key observations and share insights with management
  • Support engagement initiatives, events, and morale-building activities

E. Exit & Offboarding Management

  • Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and F&F settlements
  • Coordinate asset recovery and documentation
  • Provide exit analysis and recommend improvement measures

F. HR Reporting & Policy Implementation

  • Prepare HR MIS reports and track HR metrics
  • Support management with HR analytics and workforce insights
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of payroll coordination and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
