# Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter (80%) & HR Generalist (20%) to support our growing technology teams. The primary responsibility will be end-to-end hiring for technical roles across India, along with supporting core HR operations including on-boarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring for IT/technology roles in India and working knowledge of Indian HR compliance and employment practices.
# Key Responsibilities
80% – Technical Recruitment
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Data Engineers, Product roles, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job portals
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, GitHub, and other platforms
Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Negotiate compensation as per company structure and market standards
Offer & Joining Management
Roll out offer letters
Handle pre-joining engagement and follow-ups
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation collection
Recruitment Reporting
Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, offer drop rate, sourcing effectiveness)
Maintain ATS or recruitment tracker
20% – HR Generalist Responsibilities
On-boarding & Documentation
Complete employee documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, educational records)
Support background verification process
Issue appointment letters and employment contracts
Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements)
Basic understanding of:
PF (Provident Fund)
ESI
Gratuity
Professional Tax
Shops & Establishment Act
Ensure HR policy compliance
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Support engagement activities and company events
Assist in performance appraisal cycles
Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates
Address employee queries regarding policies and benefits
# Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA (HR) preferred
Experience
3-6 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment in India
At least 1-2 years exposure to HR operations or generalist responsibilities

Strong understanding of Indian IT job market and salary benchmarks
Experience with Indian job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance basics
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
