Job Title : Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment.

Role Overview / Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for driving end to end recruitment activities with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for niche and critical roles. This role requires developing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and digital platforms to attract top talent, and managing the complete candidate lifecycle from screening to selection. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, ensure timely closures, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, high demand environment while tracking recruitment metrics and providing constructive feedback to candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer closure, for niche and critical roles
  • This role is an individual contributor position with end to end ownership of assigned requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
  • Proactively leverage Social Media and other digital platforms to identify, attract, and engage high quality talent
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication at all stages of the hiring process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time to hire, pipeline status, and closure ratios to improve hiring efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to organizational hiring policies and recruitment best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 9 years of hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT or niche skill hiring
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proven proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates should be immediate joiners or available to join at short notice.
  • Will be required to work 5 days a week in a hybrid model
  • This is a full time opportunity with long term engagement.
