Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a proven background in the US healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions, working closely with delivery leadership to meet client hiring targets efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles including nursing, allied health, and other clinical positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Source candidates through US job boards, internal databases, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for clinical expertise, license verification, certifications, work authorization, relocation flexibility, and compensation alignment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare talent for ongoing and future requirements.
- Provide daily and weekly performance updates (submittals, interviews, offers, placements) to delivery leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing (mandatory).
Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional phone presence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
