Key Responsibilities • Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles (developers, testers, engineers, etc.) • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback • Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance
