Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP – Talent Acquisition to lead corporate hiring initiatives and drive end-to-end recruitment excellence. The role will focus on stakeholder partnership, data-driven hiring strategies, governance, and process optimization to enable high-quality and timely talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end corporate hiring across functions, ensuring alignment with business workforce plans.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive talent strategies.
  • Drive recruitment governance through structured reviews, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage data analytics and hiring metrics to provide insights, improve decision-making, and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Oversee and optimize ATS management, ensuring system utilization, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and refine TA policies, SOPs, and best practices to strengthen hiring governance.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, candidate experience enhancement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage client-facing interactions and ensure strong service delivery standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate talent acquisition leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics, governance frameworks, and ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy formulation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team management capabilities.
