About the Role We are seeking a dynamic recruiter with proven expertise in headhunting for High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and quantitative finance talent. The ideal candidate will have strong networks in technology and trading domains, with the ability to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier professionals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for HFT roles, including Quant Researchers, Developers, and Traders.
• Proactively headhunt and build pipelines of niche talent across India and global markets. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to strengthen hiring outcomes.
• Manage candidate experience with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
• 4–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in headhunting for niche technology/finance roles.
• Strong understanding of HFT, quantitative finance, or technology-driven trading environments.
• Demonstrated success in closing senior and specialised positions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, specialized forums). Preferred Skills
• Established network within HFT, fintech, or investment banking talent pools.
• Experience with global hiring and cross-border recruitment.
• Previous experience in HFT domain is preferred.
