About the Role

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat processes, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate freshers and HSC with experience can apply (Commerce & Arts can Apply).

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

Transport boundary

  • Western line- Church gate to Virar.
  • Central line- CST to Thane (MAIN CITY).
  • Harbour line- CST to Vashi.
