Job Descriptions:
Lead the study abroad branch
Making necessary strategies to enhance the employee performance and implementing the improvements needed, engaging into recruiting the new staff and other branch development operations.
Training for the branch staff and keeping them informed about the study abroad vertical and industry best practices
Achieving the maximum individual and Team sales targets and their conversion ratio as per the companys standard.
Engaging in building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions to expand Branch network, increase study abroad opportunities by different means and generating leads through it.
Handling all the compliance inquiries and Retaining the clients
Managing the branch Budget, ensuring financial Targets are met and resources are allocated
effectively to achieve business objective
