Job Responsibilities

Experience in Red Hat OpenShift deployment and Administration with Kubernetes and Linux OS deployments

➢ Experience in PaaS Platform preferably Red Hat OpenShift deployment and Administration .

➢ Clear understanding of container concepts, Docker project, Kubernetes, and OCP.

➢ Deployment / management experience in setting up OpenShift Container Platform i.E., Configure master and node for one or more clusters.

➢ Knowledge of application onboarding to OpenShift.

➢ Knowledge on onboarding Nodes in OpenShift Cluster with a various business workloads.

➢ ISTIO configurations and supportable skill for maintenance.

➢ Knowledge on QUAY registry and ROBO accounts for the image pull/push.

➢ Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.

➢ Knowledge of Red Hat Linux systems and Atomic host.

➢ Knowledge, skills, and abilities to deploy OpenShift Container Platform in both public and private cloud.

➢ Basic knowledge on Ansible .

➢ Experience in configuring control access to open shift container resources.

➢ Provision persistent storage and use it for the internal registry.

➢ Comprehensive understanding of cloud delivery models: PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.

➢ Basic Knowledge on Build automation, CI:CD and DevOps.

➢ Experience with OpenShift system integration, Infrastructure as a service and Cloud knowledge.

➢ In depth knowledge in OpenShift – Kubernetes, ( OpenShift 4.X, ArgoCD and GitOps experience preferred ).

➢ Experience working with Linux, Windows, VMWare vSphere.

➢ Strong Red Hat Linux OS knowledge.

➢ Scripting skills in Python / Shell Scripting /Power CLI.
