Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team in Vijayawada on a full-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to help learners develop in-demand technical skills. The role will focus on teaching C/C++ Java, Python, and DSA, with an emphasis on creating an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ Java, Python, and DSA is mandatory for effectively designing curriculum and materials.
• Proven experience in teaching various programming concepts, especially in an academic or corporate training environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in an easily understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and continuously improve training content and methods.
• The ability to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their programming goals and boost their career prospects.
• Familiarity with learning management systems to track learner progress and deliver structured e-learning content.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective training programs and curriculum focused on Java, Python, and DSA.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that include lectures, assignments, exams, and lab exercises.
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions to accommodate various learning needs and settings.
