Job Opening: Software Integration / Model-Based Verification Tester

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Integration / Model-Based Verification Tester with strong hands-on experience in Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing using MATLAB/Simulink. The role involves verification of control and software models and validation of generated code before integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform model-based verification and validation (V&V) using MATLAB/Simulink
Execute MiL and SiL (SIL) test cases
Develop and maintain MATLAB test scripts and test harnesses
Perform MiL-to-SiL and MiL-to-MiL comparisons
Analyze simulation results and identify defects
Support defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
Collaborate with model, software, and system teams
Required Skills:
Strong experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and Model-Based Design (MBD)
Hands-on experience in SIL testing
Understanding of auto code generation concepts
Ability to analyze model vs generated code behavior
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Simulink Test, Stateflow, Embedded Coder
Exposure to HIL testing
Automotive / Aerospace domain experience
Knowledge of ISO 26262 or ASPICE is a plus
