Qualifications

 Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering

 Experience: 5+ years in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

 Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, following a configuration-first approach.

 Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and delivers reliable, high-performance, and reusable solutions.

 Technical Communication: Construct workflow charts and technical diagrams, as needed, to facilitate effective communication within the technical team.

 Code Review & QA: Perform peer code reviews and provide support for QA and User Acceptance Testing.

 Innovation and Updates: Stay current with upcoming Salesforce releases and integrate relevant updates into the technical strategy.

 Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

 Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented, problem-solving environment that values adaptability and creativity.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including: o Configuration (Flows, custom objects, fields). o Core Salesforce Platform(Apex, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services).o Lightning framework experience, including Aura and Lightning Web Components.

Source Control and CI/CD: Experience with source control tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD processes.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Customer Service: Demonstrated customer-first mentality with strong interpersonal skills.Good-to-Have Skills

Technical Skills: Experience with standard technologies including Java, jQuery, HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/CSS.
