Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, ITI, B.sc, B.tech ( Electronics)
• Proficiency in hand soldering with experience in both surface mount technology and through-hole soldering, ensuring strong and reliable solder joints.
• Skilled in printed circuit board repair, capable of diagnosing and fixing PCBs with precision using advanced techniques.
• Adept at using a microscope for soldering tasks, allowing for meticulous inspection and handling of miniature components.
• Experience with soldering quality inspection, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maintaining high-quality work output.
• Competence in electronics assembly, capable of putting together complex electronic products reliably and efficiently.
• Possession of IPC Certification, demonstrating adherence to international standards for soldering proficiency and safety.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, crucial for the precision required in soldering and electronics assembly tasks.
• Must have skills to troubleshoot and identify potential issues in electronic assemblies, providing solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
