Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specialized in Fabrication to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role aimed at overseeing and managing projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating complex projects, possess excellent problem-solving capabilities, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD to create detailed fabrication drawings, and perform effective design evaluations.
  • MBA or equivalent in Project Management for influential leadership roles and managing project scope effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks (Mandatory skill) to develop 3D models and streamline fabrication processes.
  • Experience in Project Scheduling (Mandatory skill) emphasizing timely project delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Expertise in Resource Allocation (Mandatory skill) to optimize team functions, balancing workloads and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques to support cost-effective production practices and improve efficiency.
  • Risk Management skills to identify potential issues and devise contingency plans ensuring project resilience.
  • Proficient in ERP Systems Implementation to integrate, coordinate, and manage project data effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure execution of strategic fabrication projects from inception to completion.
  • Supervise a team of professionals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet project deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze and manage project risks and opportunities to enhance project success rates.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports for stakeholder review and decision-making.
