Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Bidding Expert to generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing winning proposals, negotiating with clients, and securing high-value projects in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Bidding & Lead Generation:
- Identify high-potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.
- Write persuasive and customized proposals to attract clients and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain a high success rate in bidding by understanding client requirements effectively.
Client Communication & Deal Closing:
- Engage with prospects via chat, email, and video calls to understand their project needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts while ensuring profitable project deals.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with trending services, pricing models, and competition analysis on bidding platforms.
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve proposal success rates and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide accurate project estimations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in bidding and securing projects on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical requirements related to software development, digital marketing, or IT outsourcing services.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract structuring, and payment terms.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling international clients (USA, UK, Europe, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, UI/UX, website development, mobile app development, and IT consulting services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and tracking tools.
