Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Chennai location. This is a senior-level full-time position. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of experience in branch management, with a strong focus on developing sales strategies and managing secured loans. This role involves leading our team towards achieving financial growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in managing secured loans with a deep understanding of loan processes and compliance requirements. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams to achieve their maximum potential and performance.
  • Deep understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable plans from financial reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Chennai branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive branch growth, profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve set goals, providing training and development as needed.
  • Monitor financial performance, including evaluations of budgets, reports, and compliance to improve branch efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements regarding secured loans and other financial products.
