Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Production Head for our client in the Fabrication Industry, based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management, welding techniques, and fabrication. As a Senior-level role, the Production Head will be responsible for overseeing all production activities and leading a team to ensure efficient operations within the fabrication process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Project Management (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Expertise in Welding Techniques (Mandatory skill) ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards within fabrication processes.
- Proven expertise in Fabrication (Mandatory skill) including experience with various fabrication techniques and processes.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing to streamline operations and enhance production efficiency and productivity.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for developing detailed fabrication designs and plans.
- Experience with Quality Control Systems to maintain high standards and ensure consistent product quality.
- Familiarity with ERP Software to efficiently manage and integrate core business processes and improve decision-making.
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management for optimizing the flow of materials and minimizing production delays.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all production operations within the fabrication unit to achieve optimal efficiency and quality standards.
