This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for individuals with a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will efficiently manage reservation systems, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be proficient in Amadeus, a crucial tool for managing travel and hotel reservations (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Reservation Management Software is essential to streamline booking processes (Mandatory skill).
• Competence in data entry to ensure accurate recording of bookings and reservations (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with Sabre or Galileo systems to support diverse reservation tasks and activities.
• Effective use of CRM software to maintain strong guest relationships and service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage reports, communications, and data analysis efficiently.
• Comfortable using multi-line phone systems for handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
