Associate Coach – Technical Employability Skills

Training Delivery:

• Conduct live in-person and virtual classes to train STEM students on:
• OOPS, Core Java, and Advanced Java
• Full Stack technologies (Java/Python, Web Development)
• Operating Systems, Networking, and Databases
• Engage students using active learning techniques and real-world scenarios.
• Guide and mentor students through project-based learning, ensuring timely completion of their technology-based projects.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on learners projects and assessment sessions.
• Facilitate and support learners progress to deliver a personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcomes.
• Travel to different client locations as needed for training delivery.

Content Development:

• Create best-in-class learning materials such as:
• Presentation slides, videos, reading materials, and assignments.
• Hands-on projects and real-time case studies.
• Ensure content is up-to-date with industry trends and aligned with employability requirements.
• Train other trainers (Train the Trainer – TTT) on content delivery methodologies.

Student Experience:

• Drive and deliver a structured and engaging program to maximize student learning outcomes.
• Design and build robust, scalable programs to enhance the employability of students across various segments and grades.
• Ensure a positive learning environment by fostering collaboration and addressing student queries effectively.

Program and Project Management:

• Develop and implement project-based initiatives to drive new learning methodologies.
• Apply a metrics-driven approach in training planning and delivery.
• Organize and facilitate:
• Planning sessions, stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Demo and feedback sessions to measure learning outcomes.
• Ensure project-tracking systems are updated to provide visibility and transparency on student progress.

Communication and Coordination:

• Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure clear and transparent information sharing with all stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve learning impediments and distractions during sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate training deliverables and meet learning objectives.
• Provide effective status reporting to all stakeholders based on the agreed frequency
