Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller for a full-time position located in Tiruchirappalli. This role is ideally suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing telephonic communications and supporting customer relationship management efforts to drive lead generation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent telephonic etiquette to ensure professional and effective communication with clients and customers over the phone.
• Understanding of customer relationship management practices to build and maintain positive relations with clients.
• Proficiency in lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers and expand the customer base.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Ability to use persuasive communication techniques to influence and engage customers effectively.
• Experience in objection handling to address customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications commonly used for telecalling operations and customer management.
