Mandatory : Skills Budget Forecast / Reconcile accounts payable and receivable / Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements /Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary / Compute taxes and prepare tax returns /Report on the companys financial health and liquidity /Comply with financial policies and regulations /Audit financial transactions and documents Handling all accounting day to day transaction Technical skills Knowledge in MS Office, Google Drive & tally Knowledge in RERA, Income Tax, GST & Other Part Of Accounting In Real estate

To keep track of Minimum Sales Value
NOC from Financial Institution
To Prepare Month Cash Flow Statement Audit To Conduct Statutory Audit
To Conduct Internal Audit
To Conduct GST Audit
To attain and prepare for Assessments of the Company Rera Quaterly RERA Compliances- Form 3 and Form -5 Project wise Payments Monthly Interest payment of all Financial Loans & Working
To coordinate with team for daily updates General Monthly Interest & Principal Re- Payment
Finalisation of Accounts and Balance Sheet
Quaterly Cost of Construction of all indiviual Projects
Quaterly Compliances of all Financial Institutions- Monthly Sales MIS and COPMOF and END use certificate
To Review Trial Balance on Quaterly Basis
