Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a valid nursing license and a diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Assist in patient monitoring and report changes in patient condition to supervising medical professionals promptly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
  • Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in medical records, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention, ensuring thorough understanding of care plans.
  • Participate in the preparation and operation of medical procedures and equipment, supporting senior staff as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by adhering to infection control policies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care and patient management.
