Position: Projects Design & Execution (Civil & Interiors)
Location : Charni Road (Girgaon)
Experience : 10 yrs to 20 yrs
Job Description:
- Ideate, recommend, develop best policies and procedures, to Chief Projects officer.
Drive adherence to the policies and procedures & staff safety and by laws across the department
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines and departments for smooth functioning of plant, equipment and machinery facilities.
- Responsible for designing the departmental governance framework
- Plan, lead and direct departmental activities and collaborate with other department to support functioning and effective patient care and management.
- Prepare & drive implementation of SOPs for Civil works in Projects.
- Provide comfortable & safe engineering services to all the stake holders.
- Identify, evaluate and provide pre-purchase evaluation of new technology and equipment, processes and machinery
- Drive adherence to safety audit calendar, safety adherence and safety plans regarding the project engineering services
- Assist Admin/Accounts departments with service contract analysis, negotiations and management
- Oversee creation of user manuals & impart of engineering trainings to the concerned end users
- Liaison with the Govt. agencies for obtaining various applicable licenses
- Validate and publish Projects MIS and reports
- Support conservation of environment through practice of green building practices.
- Participate as per the defined role during any internal / external disaster
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings and perform all the responsibilities as assigned
- Perform any other duty as assigned by hospital management from time to time
