Roles & Responsibilities: · Minimum 6+ years of Relevant experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion). · Proven expertise in at least one of the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, or OTL. · Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data flow. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to independently manage tasks and client interactions. · Experience with end-to-end implementations or support projects. · Oracle Cloud Certification in relevant modules is a plus.
