    Job Description

    · Design and implement talent development programs that aim to measure, develop and manage the Talent Pool for the employees in line with the organizational goals.

    · Identify high potential and key talent across the organization and create plans to engage, develop and upskill them for future senior roles.

    · Prepare and maintain a list of critical roles across the organisation and ensure that a Succession Plan is in place for these positions in consultation with the Senior Management.

    · Drive the organization level as well as individual level Skill Index measurement as per the identification of hot skills in market and execute activities to enhance the overall Skill Index.

    · Identify organization wide Composite and Individual Skill Gaps in employees’ Current Roles (Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral); initiate and drive various programs to bridge these gaps.

    · Plan and Implement the development programs and associated activities for Specialist Track for identified roles in the organisation .

    · Manage the Learning and Development for staff and help organize trainings for identified Competency Gaps (Technical / Behavioral / Domain).

    · Design and implement scalable L&D programs tailored to deep tech roles.

    · Curate and manage internal and external learning platforms.

  • · Provide insights and dashboards to leadership on talent development metrics.
  • The Successful Applicant

    · 15+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Management, preferably in a tech or product-led organization

    · Strong understanding of deep tech domains and the learning needs of technical talent.

    · Experience with digital learning tools, instructional design, and adult learning principles.Technical:

    · Talent Assessment – Assessment Centre design/ Evaluation – Advanced

    · Global Talent Management Models – Advanced

    · Executive Coaching Certification – Intermediate
