Position: Marketing & Communication Manager
Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Job Description:
Creating the marketing and communication plan along with the Marketing head.
Creation, monitoring and implementation of Marketing Calendar.
Create action plan and resourcing to implement the plan on ground and through social & digital media.
Identify and onboard short term and long-term agencies to effectively implement marketing and communication plan.
Day to day handling of the agencies and the content team.
Create a parallel of influencers and build a community.
Be the anchor to coordinate between R&D, NPD, Production and Sales, to ensure effective launch of the product.
Leadership and maturity skills to manage the junior as well as HOD’s for smooth flow of the communication.
Allocate the content development work (for website, D2C And market places) to respective teams (both in-house and external) and ensuring timely delivery of the work.
Review the content and take necessary inputs from all the stakeholders.
Be accountable for all brand campaigns, both strategical as well as tactical.
Ensure all content on brand is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. (Complete alignment with the brand book).
Develop market intelligence for effective marketing and communication strategy.
Close coordination with the sales team for zonal, regional and national level support.
Experience should be 2.5 – 4 yrs.
