Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the end-to-end catalog lifecycle from content creation to go-live across digital platforms
● Drive the visual content strategy, ensuring it aligns with brand aesthetics and consumer trends
● Leverage Generative AI tools to scale imagery, videos, and product renders
● Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Marketing to improve catalog discoverability and SEO
● Ensure operational efficiency through workflow automation, SLA tracking, and content accuracy
● Monitor catalog performance metrics (CTR, conversions, time-on-page) and iterate for continuous improvement
● Mentor a team of designers, stylists, editors, and automation specialists.
● Benchmark against industry standards and bring global inspiration into catalog strategy
Must-Have Qualifications:
● 8+ years in catalog/content management or creative direction roles, preferably in e-commerce or fashion
● Strong portfolio of visual merchandising, catalog shoots, 3D/AI tools usage
● Familiarity with Gen-AI/ML tools in visual content creation is a major plus
● Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
● Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Fashion Design / Visual Communication
● Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, Ecom or retail sectors
