Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating effective patient management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for explaining medical procedures and coordinating with patients and medical staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution to manage and resolve any patient concerns in a timely manner.
  • Effective multitasking skills to handle various administrative and patient-related tasks efficiently.
  • Patient counseling experience is necessary for providing guidance and emotional support to patients (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in complaint handling to address any grievances professionally and effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • A capable team player who can collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Facilitating patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all administrative tasks are accurately completed.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and document all interactions and interventions properly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care activities.
  • Provide patient counseling and education on treatment plans, medical procedures, and hospital services.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care standards.
  • Handle patient complaints with sensitivity and professionalism to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes to align with the hospital’s standards and values.
