Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Drive specification sales and generate business through project channels.
Regular site visits and follow-ups to ensure order conversion and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections.
Track market trends, competition, and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tiles / sanitaryware / building materials.
Strong architect connect is mandatory.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with strong market knowledge of the local territory.
Preferred Background:Candidates from tiles, sanitaryware, CP fittings, or allied building material industries.
