Job Description:Candidate with LLB + CS qualification from Mumbai or ready to relocate Candidate with 15 to 20 years of experience should Apply IPO Activities:-Preparation and Planning: Assist in the preparation of the company for the IPO process, including due diligence and compliance checks. Coordinate with investment bankers, auditors, and legal advisor to ensure all IPO requirements are met. Documentation: Oversee the drafting and filing of the prospectus and other necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Ensure all disclosures and financial statements are accurate and comply with regulatory standards. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Manage litigation and liaise with external legal counsel. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant legislation. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. File necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and guidelines. Advise the board of directors on governance best practices. Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs). Stakeholder Communication Act as a point of contact for shareholders and ensure effective communication. Handle shareholder queries and manage investor relations. Investor Relations: Develop and implement an investor relations strategy to communicate effectively with potential investors. Organize roadshows, presentations, and meetings with potential investors and analysts. Post-IPO Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with listing requirements and continuous disclosure obligations. Manage shareholder communications and maintain investor relations post-IPO. A recognised degree in Law (LLB) and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, providing legal advice, managing corporate governance, and overseeing activities related to an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
