Function – Infrastructure

Requirements / Responsibilities:

Should have 1 – 2 years of experience as Desktop Engineer

Experience in Installation and Rollout services of desktops and laptops

Hardware fault diagnosis and isolation on desktops/ laptops.

Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications

Configure/troubleshoot the network connectivity of desktops/laptops and network

Good in Installation and Re-Installation of OS, Printers, and configuration of peripherals like Printers, Scanners, etc.
