    Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the civil helicopter segment – including but not limited to Govt bodies, charted houses and VIP clientele
  • Should understand and be comfortable with complex sales and products
  • Should be comfortable with a long sales cycle
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace Industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with cross functional collaboration with the technical and product teams
  • Solution selling approach and mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

    A successful Sr. Sales Manager-Civil Helicopter should have:

  • Proven expertise in sales within the Aerospace Industry / capital equipment industry / machinery and tooling industry / helicopter industry
  • Strong knowledge of the civil helicopter market and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Educational qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field.
