Job Description

Proficient in technical aspects and adept at tailoring solutions to local requirements when necessary.

This role will be within OE Sales, encompassing customer interaction and backend processing responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for generating quotes, participating in sales negotiations, conducting product presentations, Manging Key account relationships, AR Management and finalizing orders and meeting given Sales targets consistently.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: –

  • Manage customer interaction in assigned territories and end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Preparing bid approvals, quote/ proposal.
  • Order verification with respect to commercial proposal and releasing order to the Sales Admin for further processing.
  • To ensure proper coordination between internal and external stakeholders and timely response & closure of the open action item
  • Build a strong CRM with mid and senior level at the customer end. To ensure the Smiths Code of Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics is upheld in all activities.
  • Strong focus on payment collection and reduce AR.

    Skills and Experiences:-

  • Bachelors of engineering in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation.
  • 12-15 years of commercial experience directly involved in front end technical sales. Prior experience working in SAP environment and data analysis & presentation.
  • Demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction and determination to meet assigned sales objectives.
  • PowerPoint, Excel & MS Office skills to develop content based on data.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM/module.
